Many forums are a great place to sell your products as well. Most have rules and regulations that prevent you from blatantly advertising your products, but you can include them in your profile and signature file and passively create traffic from those.

2. The other thing we want to talk about is social networking. You have probably heard of My Space, Digg, Stumbleupon, and other places where you can hang out and meet people with similar interests as yours. If you belong to social directories they are a great way to create recognition about your company by writing articles and posting them in them.

These can create traffic back to your website via your profile or a direct link from the article itself. They are also excellent search engine bait and a way for you to get traffic from the many various search engines spidering the social directories.
